This saturday we had a first rehearsal with Peter Kruithof. We made a sneak-preview for you! Just recorded with "amateur-sound" from the camera, a quick montage, and a mishap here and there, but we have quite an atmosphere already! (Click on:) At Darkness. Ron Lezer (electric guitar) will join in later. Taco couldn't come either, he's giving a drum-clinic in Indonesia. On his request a first version of (click on:) Rainsong on the site, something to refer to for his students. Soon a lot of hits from Indonesia? Welcome! Video still "drums only"... Soon recordings with bassplayer Willem Hendriks.

Canceling the Delft Jazz Festival: Communication among us was more trying then expected to work energeticly on a performance for the festival. On top of that some crucial cancelations by participants due to other commitments made us decide to cancel the festival.
We'll be focussing on the dvd for now, and will take a revanche with the presentation end of summer!
Of course we apologize to Hans Dunlop en Bram Stoeken from the festival... we're still on speaking terms, and will have a beer soon!

On the verge of 2012 some latest news from the editorial staff of Another Thought... All requests for use are done at STEMRA. Most of the participants do their own rights-management but about 4 have arranged this via BUMA-STEMRA. We're curious to know how this will develop (the financial impact). For reproduction we found a great adress. We hope next month reproduction can commence!
We wish all followers and participants a great and inspiring 2012!
